The holiday area of the Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido offers a variety of mountain bike tours with different degrees of difficulty. There is plenty to keep the pros busy, while amateurs and beginners will also be satisfied. During the summer, guided tours are also offered by the Val Casies Valley Mountain Bike School. These are especially to be recommended when you would prefer to leave the planning of the trip to bike guides who are familiar with the area. Rides to operating Alpine meadow cabins are popular, particularly since those in the Val Casies Valley are very special and the culinary highlights which are offered there absolutely have to be tried.
The bike route can basically be traversed in both directions, and transferring to the train to continue on or to return back is possible at virtually any time.
